Georgia-Pacific’s rectangular or octagonal bulk bins are manufactured for a variety of storage uses, including thermoplastic resins and compounds, automotive parts, synthetic rubber, chemicals, produce, food products, other dry flowable materials, and stampings and forgings. Our heavy-duty containers are custom designed to meet our customers’ most rigid shipping and storage requirements. They can be made with double- or triple-wall corrugated sheets. They are offered with a variety of different depths and sized to fit a 48” x 40” pallet footprint. Providing strength, helping to reduce warehouse and freight costs, increasing stacking limits, and superior product protection, Georgia-Pacific’s bulk containers are built better, not just bigger. Meeting the performance and creative needs of our customers
Georgia-Pacific offers sheets with a wide variety of flute sizes and combinations. In response to customer needs, we now offer more graphics-oriented papers and smaller flutes to provide our best products for printable surfaces. We also produce preprinted sheets and colored liners. Our plants produce a wide variety of flutes from A through N to meet both the performance and creative needs of our customers with each plant carrying multiple grades and widths. Coatings
Sterling Coated Rollstock® is a recognized leader in customer-focused coated solutions, offering a full range of product options from hot asphalt release to frozen meat solutions. We focus on understanding customer needs and developing solutions to meet those needs. Our two manufacturing facilities apply best practices as part of our effort to provide high quality coated solutions across North America. Using rod application technology, Sterling Coated Rollstock® creates a repulpable solution that is both environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing. ProLock™
ProLock™ coated paperboard anti-slip tier sheet is designed to help prevent products on pallets from slipping or shifting during transit. ProLock sheets are used to separate and stabilize a variety of palletized materials including corrugated boxes, cartons, bags, film-wrapped products and more. X-Card®
X-Card® cohesive blister packaging system is our patented cold seal trapped blister card, activated instantly under sufficient pressure. It works like most current heat seal trapped blister packs, but by eliminating the heat and dwell time by using a patented glue that simply requires pressure to seal, the result is a highly efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly alternative to heat-sealed packaging. Save on tooling costs by sealing it on existing equipment or on our new innovative equipment. Since it can utilize current heat sealers, X-Card® is adaptable for products of most shapes and sizes. We use non-hazardous, water-based adhesives that we’re able to pattern-coat, so glue will never touch your product, making packaging easier and safer for consumers to open.
